The reviews displayed on Sorvelio are collected and published via the Judge.me app (article L111-7-2 of the French Consumer Code).
- Only reviews marked “Verified buyer” have been checked to confirm the purchase of the product; other reviews are not checked.
- No review is paid for or selected based on its rating: negative reviews are published just like positive ones.
- A review may only be rejected if it is unlawful, abusive, unrelated to the product or contains personal data; its author is then informed.
- Each review is dated and can be reported via the page Contact.
- Buyers receive, with the review request, a €5 discount code valid on a future order of €30 or more, whatever the content of their review; reviews posted after this offer may therefore have benefited from this incentive.
- On product pages, the « Reviews of this model » block shows reviews published on the websites of Aosom, the manufacturer of the products we sell, by customers who bought the same model (same reference) directly from them. These purchases were not made at Sorvelio and these reviews have not been checked by Sorvelio. When our model only exists at Aosom in another colour, the reviews for that colour are shown and this is stated. Reviews written in another language (customers from other European countries) were translated into French by us, as indicated under each review. All reviews are shown, including the less positive ones, ordered from highest to lowest rating. They are not used for the stars shown by Google.
