Shipping
All our products are shipped from a warehouse located in France. Please allow 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed, from Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the package leaves the warehouse.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, before any confirmation. We deliver to mainland France.
Returns and Withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, without having to provide a reason. Write to us and we will provide you with the procedure to follow.
The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or does not correspond to the order.
Once the package is received and checked, the refund is processed within 14 days to the payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged product or missing part
It rarely happens, but it does happen. Contact us with a photo and your order number: we will resend the part or product at our expense.
